1. Payment error
Your UNITE Club membership might be automatically cancelled when there is an error in your payment.
Please check to see if there are any errors in your payment method.

2. The payment has been completed, but I have not received the benefits.
On your membership renewal date, be sure to log in to Pokémon UNITE on the operating system (iOS, Android, Nintendo Switch) where you subscribed to your UNITE Club membership, otherwise your UNITE Club membership will not renew.
Example: If you subscribed to the UNITE Club membership on Android device on June 1st, but you play Pokémon UNITE on your iOS device, you must log in to Pokémon UNITE on your Android device on the July 1st (the date of your UNITE Club membership renewal) for the membership to be renewed.
You must repeat the same process on August 1st as well.
