■If you have purchased Aeos gems in the past:
1. There may be an issue with your internet connection.
A stable internet connection is required in order to purchase Aeos gems. We recommend using Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G connections.
2. There may be a temporary issue with the store.
Aeos gem purchases are processed via the store used to download the game.
・Via the Nintendo eShop for the Nintendo Switch version.
・Via the App Store for the iOS version.
・Via the Google Play Store for the Android version.
Purchases may be unsuccessful if there is a large amount of traffic on the store or from data overloads. In this case, wait a while and try again later.
3. There may be a temporary issue with the app.
This issue can often be resolved by restarting your device.
■If you have never purchased Aeos gems before:
1. Incorrect purchase information was entered.
If there is a mistake in your purchase information, please cancel the purchase and start it again from the beginning.
2. Certain payment methods may be not supported.
There is a chance that the payment method you wish to use is not supported by the app. Please contact customer services for either the Nintendo eShop, Apple, or Google if this is the case.
